CONSUMERS:

Thank you for your purchase of an item(s) from the range of quality brands that we import and distribute. We appreciate you purchasing your product within Australia and supporting your local business.

Should you encounter any problem with a product and need to make a warranty claim, before returning faulty goods to your place of purchase, the initial response should be to consult the product manufacturers specific instructions, and to make sure that sufficient steps have been taken to follow these instructions as detailed by the item manufacturer. Most manufacturers also supply a trouble-shooting guide to assist with any problems, so steps should be taken to make sure that these are checked off.

If the problem cannot be solved please return the item(s) back to your place of purchase along with a valid proof of purchase receipt.

If the problem cannot be rectified by the retailer, the item may need to be sent back to CTA for assessment and repair or replacement depending on the nature of the fault and the items warranty.

If a fault is deemed to be warrantable and the problem with the good(s) is minor, CTA will choose between providing a repair or offering the consumer a replacement or a refund. If the item is to be repaired, CTA will ensure that repairs will be carried out in reasonable time. If the fault is major, a replacement or refund will be offered.
